well, in the last post i had posted about gym at Fitness First at The Curve and today i will like to write more about the classes that provide over there but just only the class have a license from Les Mills.... before that, i would like to said that have four types of category..there are Cardiovascular Classes, Mind and Body Classes, Strength and Conditioning Classes and Indoor Cycling Classes...well, in this post i will write all about the classes and let get into the first category Cardiovascular Classes...first of all,
Cardiovascular Classes
In this category there have Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Jam, Body Step, Hi Lo and Step. However, in this topic i just briefly describe Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Jam and Body Step classes only.
Body Attack (my favorite) :-) What is body attack?
Body Attack is a rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvement in general endurance and increase overall body strength...Les Mills had released until Body Attack 63....The benefit that this class provide are of cause the most importantly burn calorie for the learners body....others benefits are stated at below:
- Tone and shape
- Raise overall fitness and stamina for high energy sports like football or tennis
- Improve co-ordination and agility
- Deliver strength through core conditioning work

The benefit to join Body Jam are :
- burning lots of calories.
- improving coordination, with a big focus on moving through a wide range of planes and movement tempos.

- will get you hooked on dance and the emotional high that comes from this unique form of self-expression

The next category are Mind & Body Classes
In this category there have Body Balances, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yogalates and Fitball core...I just briefly write just only Body Balance coz this is only classes that Les Mills provide.
Body Balances is one of fantastic classes that integrates Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Flexibility and Core Training set to uplifting and inspirational music. The classes will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed with a sence of wellbeing and calm....My comment.... people who are stress totally must go this class....:-p Les Mills had released till Body Balance 43.

In this category, there have Body Pump, Body Vive and BLT I will describe more about the first two classes....

Les Mills said that this class is the world's fatest way to get in shape.... Les Mills had released until Body Pump 68.
